This Privacy Policy determines how and for what purpose we collect, process, and store personal information about our clients and how we protect them. In connection with the processing of your personal data by JL Navigator, s.r.o. the travel agency, as the Controller, hereby provides you as a person whose personal data we process (hereafter Data Subject) with the information according to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereafter Regulation).
The purpose of this document is to provide open information about what personal data we obtain, how we deal with them, how we use them, for which purposes we use them, who we can provide them, how long they are stored, and what are the individual rights of clients data protection.

Employees of the controller are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal data and may process them only for the purpose and manner defined in this privacy policy.

Personal data of clients are collected, processed and / or used only if the client has allowed them by filling in and sending the query to a question from the website, filling in and sending a binding application (by post or by electronic means) or by adhering to the relevant legislation.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject for the purpose of making the cruise reservation and the relevant services, adhering to the legal obligation (in particular Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, Act No. 39/2015 Coll. on Insurance), the signing of an insurance contract, the legitimate interest in protecting the rights and legally protected interests of JL Navigátor and the comprehensive protection and enhancement of the client´s comfort (the purpose of offering products and services and providing information within direct marketing).

JL Navigátor transfers personal data to government authorities when this obligation is set by law (e.g., audit of the accounting agenda) and, if necessary, for the protection of the rights of the controller (e.g. in the recovery of the sum owed by the court). JL Navigátor may entrust the processing of data to a third person, processor. Processing is possible only on the basis of a contract that binds the processor to the same level of data protection as the controller provides. Data may also be forwarded to suppliers providing JL Navigátor services, such as software installation and accounting services. With the consent of the client or his order, personal data can also be provided to other persons.
Storage period of personal data
JL Navigátor is authorized to process the personal data of the data subject for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing for at least 5 years from the end of the cruise, stay in hotel or flight, respectively for the period stipulated by Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting. The processing of personal data in the case of consent is only possible for the period for which the consent was granted.
Profiling
JL Navigátor does not profile its clients.

The rights of the person concerned are specified in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation. Data subject shall exercise those rights in accordance with the Regulation and other relevant legislation. Data subject may exercise his rights by written request or by electronic means.
In cases where JL Navigátor processes personal data based on the client´s consent, the client may withdraw the consent at any time. In cases where data is processed under a legitimate interest, the client may object to such processing. We also evaluate each complaint and report the result to the client. Our objections to data processing for marketing purposes will always be met.

The client or visitor of the JL Navigátor website is informed of the rules of personal data processing whenever the user provides some personal information. This Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data are publicly available on the website www.jlnavigator.com.
Do I have to provide the operator with personal data?
The provision of personal data is, as well as the conclusion of a contract or other business relationship with the controller, voluntary. However, some data are necessary to meet legal obligations (such as keeping an accounting agenda) or are necessary to provide a service, and without some data the controller can not provide the required service. Personal data that the controller would collect and process for purposes other than those mentioned above are always subject to the specific consent of the client or visitor to the JL Navigátor website. If the client or site visitor does not provide us with such consent, we will not collect and process personal information for any other purpose than the above.
How does the operator ensure personal data protection?
Personal data are subject to permanent physical, electronic and procedural control, and JL Navigátor has up-to-date control, technical and security mechanisms to ensure the maximum possible protection of processed data against unauthorized access or transfer, loss or destruction, and other possible misuse. Any person who comes into contact with the personal data of a client during the performance of his / her work or contract obligations is bound by a statutory or contractual obligation of confidentiality.
From what sources does JL Navigator acquire personal information?
We process the information you provided to us for the purpose of providing the services of the controller. We further process the data you provided when sending a question from a website. We use the personal data we collect to answer your request only. We may also process additional data, such as Internet browsers, Satisfaction Surveys, and User Testing, based on your special permission or customization permissions.

Google Analytics
